La Maurinière de Montmeyran
In a residential area “La Maurinière” pretty Provençal style stone house, in the middle of a 1.5 hectare wooded park with a view of the Vercors and the Ardèche mountains. Ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family, friends or teleworking.
15 minutes from the A7 Valence Sud motorway or 20 minutes from Valence TGV station (2 hours from Paris).
Come and enjoy the swimming pool, the spa, the pétanque court and various outdoor games. A poolside terrace with sofa and armchairs sheltered by an arbor to watch the children at the pool, have an aperitif or simply relax. Another terrace overlooking the park with 2 large tables, plancha, pizza oven for a good meal in the shade of a magnificent lime tree.

A mezzanine above the reading room with 1 bed (120) and a sofa bed (140 comfortable mattress) ideal for 4 children, 3 teenagers or 2 adults.

10 minutes walk from the village center, where you will find pharmacy, bakery, butcher, press, bar, restaurants, snack bar, bank….. just before the village a farm (5 minutes walk) with sale of local products: vegetables, fruits, meat, cheese…..
Montmeyran is located near Crest (15 min by car) and Valence (20 min by car) where you will find all possible activities, bowling, karting, numerous parks, excellent restaurants, lively city center, cinemas etc…
